How are you able to collaborate with my team during COVID-19 restrictions?

We take advantage of all electronic opportunities such as Zoom, GoToMeeting, and other virtual platforms. We can visit on-site adhering to the CDC and government guidelines for social distancing and wearing PPE. 

How long does the full process take from Demo to the finished product?

This process varies and will be determined during the Open Forum process after product options are selected. We offer flexible programs and strive to meet the needs and goals of each client.

What is the difference between Virtual Reality, Assisted Reality, and Augmented/Mixed Reality?
  • Virtual Reality (VR) – Engulfs the user into a virtual world
  • Assisted reality (AR) – Any technology that allows a person to view a screen within his or her immediate field of vision, all while hands-free. It differs from augmented reality in that the information on the screen is not overlaid onto a physical environment.
  • Augmented/Mixed Reality (AR/MR) – An interactive real-world experience where the objects are enhanced by computer generated perceptual information, augmented reality is typically viewed on a smartphone, tablet, etc. Mixed Reality usually is headset based and calculates and uses the geometry of the environment around the user.

Digital Work Instructions provide standardization of all documentation and instructions. This creates an ease of document accessibility for updates and ensures all work completed within compliance of updated versions. Revision control is critical, providing all employees and department sites or worldwide are accessing the most current versions.
