Altare M. Bright
Altare is a respected leader with a broad scope of critical thinking. His people-first work ethic and results-driven management style have been effective in driving change, increasing efficiency, and successfully implementing changes to enhance workforce output. He is Procedure Writing Certified by the PPA and adept in providing efficient technician training and development and directing workflow process improvement.
Mr. Bright is a tenured Electronic Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in management and hands-on electronic maintenance. He served ten years in the United States Navy and continued on to lead unprecedented, innovative advances with companies such as the Intel/Micron ventured IM Flash Technologies and Samsung, where he managed and directed the training of countless engineers and technicians. His training skills and leadership techniques mentored technicians and engineers, awarding Altare numerous promotions. He is community and civic-minded and has volunteered with local organizations such as Pop Warner Football and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Virginia, which encouraged him to create his nonprofit organization BrightSpot Youth Services out of Austin, Texas.

Travis J. Harris
Travis served in the United States Army for six years, deploying to Iraq in 2004 and achieved the rank of Sergeant before starting his semiconductor career as a Maintenance Technician. With a combination of over 20 years of semiconductor and military experience, Travis brings a unique perspective to advanced manufacturing and enterprise AR. As an Equipment Engineer, Mr. Harris supported over 1000 of the factory’s production equipment, creating and implementing processes to transition his company into Industry 4.0. As a company leader in AR, Travis was instrumental in augmented reality training for junior-level maintenance technicians both inside and outside the classroom. His work included industry-leading innovations that speed up documentation of standard operating procedures by 10x, cut training time by half, reduce cognitive load in operations, and cost reduction with predictive maintenance.
